ANTsX runs in production at pharmaceutical imaging groups, contract research organizations, imaging core labs, and inside the pipelines built on top of it. The software is open. The people who wrote it are not always reachable when a release changes a result, a deployment stalls at scale, or a reviewer asks how a number was produced.
ANTsX Inc. exists to close that gap for organizations that depend on the ecosystem. Engagements are small in number and scoped individually. The forms they usually take are described below.
An ongoing relationship with a named contact. We review your use of the ecosystem, advise on version pinning before upgrades, and prioritize fixes for issues that affect your pipelines. Most organizations structure this as an annual agreement.
For work that will be audited, we produce a pinned release of ANTs, ANTsPy, ANTsPyNet, and ANTsPyMM as a container image with a software bill of materials, test results on reference data, a cross-platform reproducibility report, and installation, operational, and performance qualification documents. The same validation we apply to our own releases, written so it can sit in a regulatory file.
Packaging ANTsX pipelines for your infrastructure, whether Nextflow, Kubernetes, Slurm, or a cloud platform, with throughput testing at your scale and a runbook your team can operate without us. Where the right scope is unclear, we begin with a short assessment and recommend from there.
Independent comparison of a registration, segmentation, or morphometry method against ANTsX on your data or on public reference data, written for a procurement decision or a regulatory submission.
Instruction for analysts and engineers, from registration through cortical thickness to deep-learning segmentation, using notebooks your team keeps afterward. Offered privately for an organization or as scheduled public sessions.
Scientific and technical advice for companies building on quantitative imaging: method selection, validation design, and review of results before they reach a sponsor or a regulator.
Write to us with a short description of what you run, on what data, and what question you are trying to answer. We reply within a few business days with either a proposed scope or a candid note that we are not the right fit.
